Returns

We offer our patrons a warranty against manufacturing defects* for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase for all STAR AAA branded products. Should you find your product developing a problem within 20 days of purchase, do email us and along with photos.

The STAR AAA products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards. We use high quality fittings, zippers and linings. Our Leathers are sourced from certified tanneries and factories around the world.

Should you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase from STAR AAA.in, you can return the product to us in exchange for a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may arrange to return the product to our warehouse.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us your cancellation request with your Order number at mahsan5035@gmail.com.

Custom made products cannot be returned or refunded.

* Leather is a natural material and tends to scratch, soften and change colour with age. These do not constitute manufacturing defects but we would be happy to recondition your product for you free of charge within the warranty period.
